A decently priced 12-15x optical zoom digital camera?

Hey guys! I am looking for a decently priced 12-15X optical zoom Digital Camera (Nikon/ Canon/ Sony). I'm a bit confused in making a choice. Which one would be the best choice, along with being pocket-friendly? Thanks...

I think you should take a look at the Nikon Coolpix L100, it has a 15x zoom. Fuji S1500. Very good image quality, has shutter/aperture priority.Very good on batteries. 12X optical zoom, 10 megapixels. Has viewfinder. On line newegg has it for $164+shipping, in stores for about $200-
