what is the best type of digital camera for under 200 dollars?

I have around 200 dollars to spend on a camera and I was wondering what a really good camera was that I could get for my money.

I suggest Canon PowerShot SD780IS12.1 MP Digital Camera

If you want HD video Canon SD780is is your good choice but if you don't mind that then Nikon L100 or Panasonic Lumix DMC-ZS1 or Fujifilm Finepix F70EXR are great zoom camera to get.
